Weaver Homes has been building new homes and completing renovations for over 30 years, so we have the expertise to handle any project you could imagine, large or small. Weaver Homes specializes in larger renovation projects, such as complete kitchen renovations, finishing basements, renovating bathrooms and building additions on your existing home.
However, for smaller projects like roof replacements, flooring replacements, deck construction and painting, we generally refer customers to our trusted trade partners to ensure your budget is most wisely spent.
How do you develop estimates and timelines?
We know that when it comes to home renovation, your vision — and your budget — will be unique. Once we have an initial understanding of your unique must-haves, preferred timelines and desired budget, we’ll provide you with a detailed and transparent estimate and timeline to ensure that we all have the same shared expectations from the start. Complete estimates with drawings will be provided with a design fee that will be applied to your final project amount.
